This study is testing a personalised care package for young people with early-stage anorexia nervosa. It includes therapy, nutrition support, and skills training tailored to each person’s needs, with input from their carers and clinicians. Participants will do assessments, attend regular sessions, and help researchers understand what works best for recovery.

People aged 14 to 25 years who have had anorexia nervosa for less than three years can express their interest through the Holistic Understanding Consent & Survey form above.

This study is looking at how to best support people with bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder who don’t respond quickly to standard online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). After a few weeks of treatment, participants are matched to different care options, like extended therapy, personalised psychotherapy, or brain stimulation (TMS), based on how they’re doing. The aim is to find out which approach helps most and to make treatment more responsive to individual needs.
