This study is testing a personalised care package for young people with early-stage anorexia nervosa. It includes therapy, nutrition support, and skills training tailored to each person’s needs, with input from their carers and clinicians. Participants will complete assessments, attend regular sessions, and help researchers understand what works best for recovery.

This study is looking at how to best support people with bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder who don’t respond quickly to standard online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). After a few weeks of treatment, participants will be matched to different care options, such as extended therapy, personalised psychotherapy, or brain stimulation (TMS), based on how they’re doing. The aim of this trial is to find out which approach is the most effective, and as a result, find out how to make treatment more responsive to individual needs.
